Camp Hallobat is run from an animal-friendly house! If you have any allergies we recommend airing out or washing any items you buy before use!

The Camp Hallobat staff is not responsible for any loss and/or damage to packages or goods once they are out of our hands. We are not responsible for replacing any items lost or damaged in the mail. All items are packaged and shipped by hand and we use the shipping address provided to us by way of the paypal transaction. You are responsible for this address being correct!

Camp Hallobat can't be held responsible for any harm or damages that result from our merchandise once it is out of our hands, always be careful with handmade items!

Character Use/Rules of Ownership

These terms apply to all characters designed by Camp Hallobat's owner that are received through adoptables, auctions, resold OCs, custom design commissions and trades.
Breaking any of these rules will result in you being blacklisted permanently from future commissions/adoptions.
Hallobat adopts are sold through Camp Hallobat's Instagram & Twitter ONLY.

GENERAL RULES

- Once we receive payment, the character is yours! Just please credit Camp Hallobat as a closed species.
- Feel free to draw your new character, commission art of it, use it as a fursona or make into a fursuit! You are required to credit Camp Hallobat for the original artwork.
- Feel free to alter the design once you own it! Just let me know if you do.
- Do not make "copies" of the character with the intention to resell for profit. (i.e. creating an alternate form and selling both, or turning it into a closed/open species to sell)
- Do not use any adoptable/design/lineart from us commercially. This means you may not make adoptables with our lineart! Make your own! I worked hard on mine T~T
- Don’t use my designs to promote any political ideals. If we feel you are using them in a harmful or disrespectful way, you may be blacklisted.
- Once the fund transfer goes through; ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you no longer wish to own the character you can resell it for what you paid, give it away, or trade it.

TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP
- If you sell or give your Hallobat away, please contact @TheSpookySniper so I may update the character's information with the new owner!

- Don’t sell your design for more than what you bought it for. That's RUDE.
- If the character you wish to sell contains multiple pieces of art (and/or has other additional things like a fursuit, badges, ect.) please contact us first before selling higher than the original price. We don’t mind you selling characters with extras, just please let us know beforehand to make sure it’s alright.
- Trading or gifting the design to someone else is okay! If you got an adoptable through a trade/gift, don't sell it for profit unless you have permission from the original buyer that traded/gifted it to you.

- Hallobats and Camp Hallobat were created and owned by @TheSpookySniper/Sniper's Monster Lab!
- Please don't create NSFW content with the Hallobats.
- Please clear any additional lore/names/behavior with us before you make it canon to your character.
