GENERAL

• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all these terms!

• These terms apply to all characters designed by me that are received through adoptable purchases, auctions, resold OCs, customs, trades ect. I am VERY strict with these rules, so please respect me and my creations.

• Anything not covered on here will be dealt with in a manner most fair to both parties involved.

• If I discover that you are breaking any of these rules you WILL blacklisted permanently from future commissions/adoptions (further action may be taken if you're stealing my art or engaging in scam behavior.)
  I sell adopts through my FurAffinity, Twitter, Instagram and PayHip . My username is ALWAYS TheSpookySniper/SpookySnipersMonsterLab. Please be wary of scammers!

• You must be 18 or older to purchase from me.

• Failure to abide these terms will result in permanent blacklisting.

• I have the right to refuse/refund an order for any reason and I don't need to explain myself.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• Custom work will only begin upon confirmation of FULL payment (Paypal only)

• Refunds may only be requested 30 days after payment, if the commission hasn't been started on.

• All premade designs are FINAL SALES: this means you cannot get your money back.

USAGE OF WORK

• You may post the purchased character & are always required to credit me.

• Once fully paid, the character's design belongs to you! Please credit me as the creator/artist. Don't edit my art without permission. 

• You may not claim the artwork as your own.

• You may not edit my artwork in any way UNLESS you have personally asked my permission.

• Do not make copies of the character with the intention to resell for profit. (creating an open/closed species from my artwork with intent to sell)

• Feel free to draw, commission art of or make your character into a fursuit! 

• Both the design & artwork are for personal use only and may not be used commercially. If you would like to use them commercially, contact me so we can discuss this as additional fees will apply.

• Do not use my designs/art to promote discrimination.

• All sales are final. If you no longer wish to own the character you are allowed to resell it for what you paid, give it away, or trade it! (See below for details)

• I have the right to post previously sold adoptables wherever I want & may use them as examples for future projects.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP​

• Reselling the design is okay, but it CAN NOT be sold for higher than what the design was originally purchased for (i.e. if you buy it for $30 it must be sold for $30 or less). If I find out that you're doing this I will come for you :)

• If the character you intend to sell contains multiple pieces of art (and/or has other additional things like a fursuit, badges, ect ) CONTACT ME FIRST before selling higher than the original price. I'm fine with you doing this, but I need to make absolute sure you're not selling my work for profit.

• Trading/gifting the design to someone else is okay! If you have acquired an adoptable through a trade/gift, please DON'T sell it for profit unless you have permission from the original person that traded/gifted it to you.
