payments

I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL AND MONEY ORDERS
I can't accept multiple payments for anything under $200
If you are unable to make a payment in full, then I require that only 2 payments are made to complete your bill. (Example: if your quote is $200, I require 2 x $100 payments.)

40% OF YOUR PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
The non-refundable payments are just that; you can't get that portion of the money back if you should require a return. The money is strictly for art supplies and materials used to make your commission and will be spent right away.
Unfortunately I'm not willing to negotiate my prices. If for some reason you're not pleased with the price I quote you, then I apologize, but complaining will not change it.

RETURNS
You have 2 weeks from the time you receive your order to alert me of any problems. This includes the wrong color, wrong item, missing item. THIS APPLIES TO COMMISSIONED WORKS ONLY AND NOT PREMADE FURSUIT PARTS!

I will not accept the return or refund request on a project because a customer decides they want a different color or style, etc. If there is an actual defect on my part, it can be returned/replaced without cost within the allotted 2 weeks. Projects that have been worn, abused, and/or purposefully destroyed won't be accepted for replacement. They will be shipped back. If you purchase something from me that was labeled as a defect and sold at a discount, this does not apply. There are no refunds or replacements for defective items.

It is your responsability to make sure the measurements listed on the items here are appropriate for your project. If you need other measurements, you're always free to ask me before you order!

I will not under any circumstance refund anything in full if you don't send it back to me. I'd love to work on blind trust, but sadly I've learned the hard way that won't always work. I can't refund anything unless I've got the unwanted item in my hands. If the item in question has a DEFECT that is MY FAULT (NOT USPS, UPS or result of neglect on your part) I require photographic evidence before a partial refund amount will be offered. Complaining and giving excuses will not change this.

COMMUNICATION
When you commission me, please state clearly and exactly what you want. Please provide picture/color references no matter what (specially regarding eyes), and please do so before you send payment. Any changes made to your commission after payment has gone through will only be carried out for an additional fee.
Changing your mind or telling something you forgot to mention about what you want after payment is received costs me time and money.

I will not respond to inquiries made in anything other than clear, understandable English. I can't risk the confusion that may occur because of poor English/typing skills.
If you are contacting me about a commission, please avoid dancing around what you're getting at. Make it quick and clear what you're contacting me about, because wasting time easing into the subject of a commission when you could just say "Hey I'd like to commission a headblank" costs me time and money.

As the commissioner your responsibility is to be polite and friendly when contacting me about a commission or quote.

WORKFLOW
By commissioning me you are getting a piece of art that is hand-crafted and created special for you, the commissioner. So there are a few things you need to keep in mind before, during and after you have commissioned me.
The first being that I am not a machine. As much as I'd love to have a mechanized set of arms to crush the skulls of my enemies with, I am not able to crank out a fully completed mask in a week and only charge 100 dollars for it.

ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIMES
Please allow for the allotted time for your project to be completed
Fully completed masks: 3 Months

Cut/hinged Resin blanks (dekked out or otherwise: 3 weeks

Small fursuit parts (pawpads, noses, jawsets, ect): 2 weeks

Asking about your commission too much will result in a slower production time. This is not out of spite, it is simply how my brain works. If I'm reminded about a commission on a regular basis, my eagerness to complete it will decrease. So please refrain from contacting me and asking for updates; I will send you updates on my own.

SHIPPING
All shipping rates are subject to change, and can be anywhere from $5 - $100+ depending on the weight/size of the object and the distance at which it has to travel.

Correct shipping information is the responsibility of the commissioner, and any damage/loss to the product during shipping is out of my hands.
If you need your commission to be shipped by a certain date, please let me know right away/before you commission me.
I under no circumstances will take rush orders.
Please don't get offended, as this is for morale purposes.

International shipping: International orders cannot be tracked! Despite every time I've been asked to get tracking numbers on international commissions I have never successfully been able to do so.

I was told by USPS that once the item leaves the country it cannot be tracked.
Also regarding international shipping; YOU are responsible for getting me the correct address and in the proper format. I write the address down exactly as you give me, and if that's wrong something may not arrive or arrive late.
CUSTOMS: They will often open and tamper with packages, I've noticed. It sucks, but there's literally nothing I can do about it.

TRACKING NUMBER: If you want one, you need to tell me BEFORE PAYMENT IS SENT.

ATTITUDE
When contacting me or commissioning me for any product or service, you are agreeing to refrain from rude or offensive behavior. Calling me names because your resin blank broke in transit is not going to warrant a very pleasant response from me. Yelling at me because you think my prices are too high is not going to make them lower for any reason. Getting irate with me because you think my attitude is too intimidating or not sensitive/fluffy enough is not going to automatically make me like you or instantly change. Be cool with me, and I'll be cool with you.
As a casual artist, I keep all my transactions casual unless otherwise needed. I'm not above letting my personality intertwine with my work, as it helps me stand out rather than looking like just another fursuit maker. It's important to understand that I do not in any circumstance directly and sincerely wish to offend or harm anyone with my words, actions or productions. Even though sometimes you might see me curse or portray violent concepts in my art, keep in mind that as an artist my job is to create at the same rate that the world destroys. My creations are nothing but expressions, and my personality is never far behind.

I retain the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

If you are rude, invasive or disrespectful to me, I retain the right to refuse future contact with you.

If you speak publicly about a bad experience or opinion you have about me or my work without first contacting me privately I retain the right to state publicly, as well, that no private contact or effort to resolve your issue in a mature manor has been made on your part.

I am a neutral party who refuses to comment publicly on hot topics or take sides in arguments. Respect that.
